Chapter 5 of the book describes how to use Rhino as a framework for creating dynamic mocks and stubs. I think TypeMock warrants writing the same chapter from TypeMock's perspective. This "TypeMock" version of the chapter can also highlight the framework's frameowrk's exceptional capabilities and API in addition to those found in Rhino. This chapter can be made as an appendix or for electronic download.
